  • 1/2 cup raw pecan halves
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes
  • 1 cup lightly crushed Simply7 Lentil Sea Salt Chips
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp granulated onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried ground mustard
  • 1 tsp dried parsley


Preheat oven to 375ºF. Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. In a large bowl, add the nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and the melted butter. Toss well and place in a single layer on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Tossing the nuts and seeds about 7 minutes in to ensure evenly roasted. While nuts and seeds are roasting, toss the seasoning mix in the large bowl. Whisk until dry ingredients are combined. Set aside. Remove nuts and seeds from oven after 15 minutes. Add the still warm nuts and seeds to the large bowl with seasonings. Add the lightly crushed lentil chips. Toss until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned mix on the tray in a single layer to cool. Once cooled, enjoy!
