Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- ¼ cup white onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- Pinch of salt
- Handful of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bag of Simply7 Hummus Spicy Chili Pepper or Lentil Jalapeño Chips
Directions
1. Place onion and garlic clove in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add black beans and chili powder and pulse until mixed.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Garnish with cheese and serve with your favorite flavor of Simply7.
