- 1/2 cup red pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4-1/2 cup jalapenos, seeded and finely diced (your preference to how much you want to add based on heat tolerance)
- Cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
- 1 lime, juiced

1. Combine fruit, peppers, onion and lime juice.
