  • 3/4 Cup Ground Up Crumbs, Simply7 Hummus Roasted Garlic Chips
  • 1 lbs. Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)


1. In a food processor, grind up the Simply7 Hummus Roasted Garlic Chips into crumbs.
2. In an large bowl, combine the ground turkey, Simply7 Hummus Roasted Garlic Chip crumbs, egg, salt and spices.
3. Form mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
4. Pan fry on medium heat or grill until thoroughly cooked.
5. Serve on a toasted whole wheat bun with your favorite BBQ side dish, or a fresh green salad. Or toss the bun and go gluten free!
