  • 2 5oz cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado, cut into ¼ inch dice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp onion, diced fine
  • 2 tbsp celery
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Diced chives for topping
  • 1 bag of Simply7 Lentil Sea Salt Chips


1. Besides chives, combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well.
2. Top mixture with chives.
3. Serve with Simply7 Lentil Chips.
