This partnership is making an impact beyond creating a simply delicious snack. Simply7 and Giada are working together to support and encourage females in agriculture.
When we started talking with Giada about popcorn, we knew we wanted to make an impact in some way. It was a natural fit to bring her passion for empowering women to this product by working with female farmers.
Being a successful female chef in a male-dominated industry, Giada knows first-hand how difficult it can be to break through. Our Fund Her Farm initiative gives us an opportunity to support female farmers to help them grow.
We are providing donations to these female farmer organizations to help support their mission and bring awareness to women in agriculture and the importance of food, farming and the environment.
We are working with our partner organizations and female farmers across the U.S. to build a network of female farmers that will become the primary, and eventually the sole, source of our blue and red corn.
